A lot of people have embraced the not-so-traditional holiday decor, and trees are definitely one way of mixing things up!
We repurposed small cone shapes from the craft store to make these cute little Christmas trees, but there are several ways you can make a wooden Christmas tree, big or small.

These wooden Christmas trees are essentially just tree-shaped wooden cones that you can paint to match your holiday decor theme.

Step 1 – First, paint each block the colors of your choice for the base and let them dry to the touch.
Step 2 – Next, use a smaller brush to paint gold leaf caps at the tops of each to represent the star or snowcap, and then
Step 3 – Let them dry completely.
You can add a few small dots for an added touch, too!
I think you know me well enough by now to know that I can’t let too many things go without a little extra polka dot or gold leaf action. Sorry, not sorry.

Instructions
